This page is about the candidate account — the one you sign in to at /me. Applying to a job does not create one.
Two kinds of data, two responsible parties
Your application — what you typed and uploaded on a careers page — is held by the employer you applied to, who is responsible for it. Your Krinoa account — your verified email, the profile you keep on it and the sessions you open — is held by Krinoa, who is responsible for that.
What the account holds
The email address you verified, a name, the contact details you choose to keep on it, one setting that says whether apply forms may be filled from them, and the sessions signed in to it. It links to applications by matching your verified address to the address you applied with; nothing else ties them together.
What it shows you
Every application sent from your address at any employer using Krinoa: the role, when you applied, where it stands in plain words, and any interview that is being scheduled. It never shows one employer what you sent another.
Deleting it
Deleting your account removes the account, its profile and its sessions. It does not delete the applications employers hold — ask each employer for that from the application's own page, which sends the request straight to them.
Codes, cookies and mail
Signing in is a six-digit code sent to your address; there is no password. One cookie keeps you signed in for thirty days. Mail from the account is about the account only; mail about an application comes from the employer.
